On 4-5 December Ash Maurya will be doing his great Running Lean Workshop for the first time in Cologne/Germany. For all of you who don’t know Ash: He’s a world renowned Lean Startup and innovation expert. He is the author of the international bestseller Running Lean, creator of the Lean Canvas and is a regular speaker at the one and only Lean Startup Conference. As a serial entrepreneur Ash has gathered a lot of experience, which he shares as a consultant with startups and big corporations such as Amazon, IBM and Dell.

I was myself at his workshop in Frankfurt and it was awesome. Ash gave constructive feedback to all of my questions and helped me to fine tune my business model. He also shared his experiences with tools which are of great help when practicing Lean Startup.
